Co-FounderSeasoned business leader with diverse executive experience - from founding startups to directing a 700-employee company. Specialized in dispute resolution for international construction projects, pioneering AI tools in complex legal and commercial workflows.

Our story
AIssential started with two people who had already rebuilt their own working lives around AI, and wanted to do the same for other businesses.
Francis Phan and Erwan Blanc saw at first hand what AI does to a working day — in automated operations in Vietnam, and in AI-assisted contract analysis for complex construction disputes. What struck them both was how few companies had any idea what was already possible.
We build from Vietnam for businesses in Southeast Asia and worldwide. We exist to show what AI can do right now, and to walk early customers through it step by step.
