Four things, from one upload

Your original file, exactly as you sent it. A clean text version an AI can read properly. Two kinds of search index — one that matches your exact wording, one that matches meaning, so a search for “late delivery” finds “shipment arrived after the due date”. And, if you want it, a map of how documents, people and companies connect.

Nothing is ever lost

Every version of every original is kept, the way developers keep versions of their code. Somebody overwrites the good draft, or a figure changes and nobody remembers what it used to say — you go back and look. The old version is still there.

You decide what the AI sees

You can put the whole company in here, or only the part you want AI working on — and the two are not the same decision. Keep everything for the version history and the search, and mark only a folder as available to AI. Nothing outside it is read, by any of the apps.

A safe for the sensitive ones

Contracts, payroll, anything you would not leave on a shared drive can be encrypted, so it is unreadable even to someone who reaches the storage underneath. You decide which files go in the safe.

It stays in Vietnam

Everything is stored here, under Vietnamese law. Nothing is handed to an AI provider, nothing is kept by one, and nothing is used to train anybody’s model. Who on your team can see what is set from your own portal, and deletion means deleted.

The other apps read from it

AIstation answers from your documents and cites them. AIsocial draws on what you have already written. That is only possible because everything lives in one place, prepared for AI, with your permissions attached.
