Core storage stays in Vietnam

Every one of these products runs on servers in Vietnam. Your documents, your posts, your customer information — all of it is stored here, under Vietnamese law, not shipped abroad to somebody else’s data centre.

Your files and core company data are stored in AIdata on our infrastructure in Vietnam. When you request an AI or connected social feature, the minimum necessary pseudonymized content may be sent to the commercial provider you selected for processing outside Vietnam. Provider processing and retention follow that provider’s service terms; AIssential does not sell your data or use it to train its own models.

The products

AIstation

Give it a job and it hands back the finished file

An AI that works through a task on its own, not just chats about it. It produces tables, charts and written documents, kept in your cloud space or downloaded in whatever format you need.

AIdata

Your files, kept properly — and ready for AI

Every document kept as you uploaded it and every earlier version with it, plus a clean text version AI can read, two kinds of search index, and an optional map of how things connect. You choose how much of it the AI is allowed to see.

AIsocial

All your social accounts in one app, with AI doing the heavy lifting

Run every social media account from one place. AI helps you draft the posts, create or edit the images, and suggests what is worth talking about this week.

AIspeak

It translates what people say, and writes it down

Everyone speaks their own language and AIspeak translates it for the others, out loud and on screen. What was said is written down as it goes, so you keep a record.

Also from AIssential

Two more, built for one trade each

Smaller than the three above, on purpose — each one was built for a single job.

The AIorder menu: Vietnamese dishes with photographs and prices, and a language switcher

AIorder

Takes restaurant orders on Telegram or straight from the menu. Customers order in Vietnamese, English or French, the menu updates itself from your sales system, and regular customers are recognised.

AIxetai, the truck navigation app for Vietnam

AIxetai

Truck navigation for Vietnam. It picks roads a truck can actually use — checking weight limits and bridge heights — instead of sending the driver down a route meant for cars.
